It started Friday night Jan 13th after it ran a Tivo update. It was frozen on that screen all weekend. I've rebooted the router and Bolt several times. Have been on the phone with Tivo tech support for days. No improvement. It's a Samsung Smart TV and I can get to Netflix and Amazon thru Samsung, the video and audio are fine. It's this Bolt. I have Tivo's in other rooms and they are working just fine.
The only improvement was tonight, the Tivo update screen went away but it's still locked and frozen on one channel.
I unplugged everything and even took out the Comcast M-Card. But then Tivo froze on the screen "Mcard was installed" There were 2 options, run Channel Test or CableCard configuration for Installer. But it's frozen there and I can't select which option to choose.
The Bolt is only 13 months old and has never had problems before.
Any suggestions?
