Premiere Elite random reboots

Purchased a Tivo Premiere Elite (R75825) in April 2012.
Have not had any problems with this unit until recently.
It randomly reboots and now will only work for 15-30 minutes before another reboot.
I have run Kickstart 54 and got no errors on the disc tests.
I ran Kickstart, 52, 57, and 58.
57 GSOD says it would take about 3 hours, but mine rebooted after about 10-15 minutes.
Please point me in the right direction.

More like 5 to 10 minutes before another reboot.
This is frustrating, to say the least.

Well, even without the tests showing it, that sounds like a bad hard drive. Replacements are here:

Did you do the "overnight" kickstart 54 test?

Been here a long time . . .

If I buy a replacement drive, and it does not fix my problem, can I use it as the second drive to increase my capacity?

Unfortunately, no, replacement drives can't be used as secondary drives.
