Well the results are in. Now I have a new cycle. We're going from the "press clear" screen, to the "3 thumbs down screen to continue without the external drive" screen to the "almost there" screen and back. No joy.

Won't restart. Just keeps cycling from welcome to GSOD with a message that the TiVo is trying to fix the problem. How do I get it to stop the cycle and go to a start up?
