3-4 delay and black screen

Hello
Recently my TiVo HD has a 3-4 second delay and black screen when I press live tv button, press the TiVo button or change channels. This never happened before a few weeks ago. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Sounds like your drive is beginning to fail.
