Tivo HD Model TCD652160

I cloned the original harddrive a couple of years ago and it has been working great until all of a sudden, no picture, no bootup, nothing. Green light is on in the front, fan works, my wireless G adaptor doesnt seem to be on however. I plugged it into my computer's usb and it lit up but not when it's plugged into my tivo.

I bought a power supply and that wasn't it. Now i'm guessing its the hard drive, even though it's relatively new. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
