Hi, I've been having a problem with my Tivo Roameo Plus for about 8 months now. I get freezing and or pixilating on my recorded, and sometimes live shows. I've had the Comcast tech at my house and he checked everything and even replaced cables even out to the pole. I've worked wit Tivo techs and found that they say that my signal strength should NOT be 100% but should be in the 80-98% range, mine is 100%. The SNR should be 29-35db, mine is 43db and corrected and uncorrected RS should always be 0, mine is many different values on all 6 tuners. Using in line filters of different values I can get the the signal and SNR into the correct zones but I can't do anything about the RS. Even with this improvement in the numbers, I'm still having the same problems. Comcast has been of no help and Tivo isn't much better. I also have a Mini which the same problems happen on and it will even lose contact with the host Roameo mostly when it starts pixilating. I'm hooked in to my router with cat6 ethernet cable, all new. HELP, I'm loosing it.

Sounds like you could actually have a bad hard drive.
Run a Kickstart 54 Overnight test on your drive:

Well, while I do think it'll fix your problem, I definitely can't guarantee that your entire problem is the drive. You certainly could have multiple problematic components, but it's fairly unlikely, especially for a Roamio.
The drive would be returnable - we take returns within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. So you can effectively try it out and see for $30 plus return shipping.Been here a long time . . .

I am having the SNR problem (usually 36db with about 90% signal) with Comcast as well on my Roamio Plus. MY recent issue is that the Comcast signals to the m-card will not fully pair to the Tivo thus no image and a code V58 on all channels. Any ideas?
