    Tivo central looks like old tivo

    For some reason, out Tivo banner display has reverted to what looks like older software. We no longer have the same tivo central, the channel display when we change channels has changed and we are no longer seeing the picture in upper right corner when we search. It is a series 4 Tivo and has successfully connected tody so everything should be updated. I'm sure a child has changed something, but I can't figure it out.

    Sounds like your unit went from HD to standard definition menus.

    There's an option in there to switch it back. Try that and tell us if it works.

      good thought. I will see if I can find that option. Any suggestion where I should look?
