I have read all the forum posts although most seem like 5 years ago. I have a Series 3 and Time Warner... I had TW come today and replace the cable cards and give me a brand new tuning adapter an still i have the gray screen problem. It will work fine for about a half hour and then when the channel changes, the banner will come up but the screen will just be flat gray. When the channels change normally, there is a gray screen pause of about 2 secs before the channel comes on... I am going crazy!!! Can anyone please help me or give me someone I can call to figure this out??? I have gone up the tiers at TW and at TIVO but no one can solve it.
