I ordered a replacement hard drive for my TIVO unit ( Model # TCD648250B).
I installed the drive in the TIVO with no issues.
When I turn the unit back on , it gives the normal message , powering on Please wait
I then get a message Almost their a few Minutes More, after about 30-40 seconds the TIVO reboots and starts all over again and
I’m stuck in the rebooting Loop.
I Put back in the Original Drive and the TIVO comes up with no issues.
I put the replacement drive Back in and ran KickStart test 54 and the new drive the passed the short test with no issues. ( Waiting for the extended to complete overnight)
Any suggestion what to try next ?
