Extending the amount of time Tico automatically records for

So I recently cut the cord and switched from DirecTV to an over the air antenna with Tivo. I have one Roamio and 2 minis. Just one simple questions....

Is there any way possible to extend the time that Tivo automatically records for? With DirecTV it would record the latest 2 hours- but with Tivo it only records the last 30 minutes.

Not sure which DIRECTV DVRs have a 2-hour buffer (I thought most have 90 minutes) but there's no way to change it on the Roamio (or any of these, that I know of).

Been here a long time . . .
