My aging Tivo 2 is great, does all I need, and I love the lifetime subscription.

Unfortunately, for the last two weeks, it has had a fuzzy, poor picture all the time (not just recorded material -- even the login and listings pages). We've tried changing the cables etc to no avail. I don't think it's our TV, which is much newer -- it has two video inputs and the fuzzy picture occurs with either.

Worse, for the last few days, the picture occasionally becomes very chaotic and totally unwatchable. It does seem to get back to "fuzzy" with a reboot, but overall I feel like things are looking pretty grim.

Thoughts?
