A TV change

Hi everyone!! After switching to a Series 3 and using it with a hybrid TV (HD 4:3 Sony) I finally splurged slightly and got an HD LED Visio. I figured the 16:9, 1080i, and Dolby Digital to PCM (what is that) settings. Are there any more things I can do to make this even better?

Just be sure you connect the TiVo to the TV using an HDMI cable.

Already done!! Is there any way to get it to prefer HD channels over SD channels?

It's really about the show you record. If you record from an HD channel, it'll get the highest quality it can.
