I upgraded my HR10-250 to 1TB HD and the list is getting really long. How do I group each program? Is it there some way to initiate it?

At the bottom of your NP list there are instructions. Press ENTER on your remote and then follow-the on-screen instructions. You need to have software version 6.4a for this to work. -

The 1TB HD has developed another problem. After I watch a show, I delete it but it doesn't go away.

Yes, you need the newest version, which you can only get by having it reloaded. Where'd you buy the drive? Sounds like you got ripped off.Comment

Unfortunately, you can't. You'd need to send the drive in to have it programmed...your model Tivo won't upgrade itself. See:
