Series 3 TCD652160 Stuck on Welcome Powering Up Screen

My Series 3 TCD652160 was stuck on the Welcome Powering Up Screen, so I replaced the Hard Drive. That did not fix the problem, so I purchased a new power supply and had the new Hard Drive swapped out for another new Drive and everything was working for about 3 weeks, now it is stuck on the Welcome Powering Up screen again. The unit has Lifetime Service. Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

Try booting it without anything connected except the power and the video out.

So disconnect the network, any USB devices, the Coax cable in, and eject any CableCARDs.
