I have a TIVO Premier. I had a problem that TIVO diagnosed as a failed hard drive. After checking a number of other sites, including this one as well as a telephone call to WeaKnees support, I concluded that the hard drive must be toast. I purchased and installed a new hard drive. Now when I power up the unit, the front LED's all blink EXCEPT the power LED, that stays lit. I cannot find any information on what blinking LEDs mean... TIVO support doesn't know either. All they could tell me was that it was an "internal error". Any suggestions on what to do next are appreciated.
