How to register a WeaKnees Series 3 Lifetime Service with TiVo

Tried to create an account online with TiVo after I purchased a series 3 TiVo with Lifetime Service from WeaKnees. I get an error message that says the customer information does not match the 15 digit unit number. How can I create an account (register) on TiVo for my newly purchased Series 3 machine ??

Just dial in (or connect via network) from your home.

Then call TiVo at 877-367-8486 and ask them to move the unit to your online account.

This transfer can't be done online.
