My TiVo Premiere XL does not boot up. Plugging it in I hear the hard drive spin up, and the green light is lit but I get no video output. I tried both HDMI and composite outputs. I never reach the "Powering up..." screen. I am also unable to reach the Kickstart menu.

I just purchased a replacement power supply from Weaknees, swapped out my old one with this new one but the problem remained the same.

Any ideas on what my issue could be or what my next step should be? Note that this TiVo has a lifetime subscription.
