Error S03 on Tivo HD

Any help would be appreciated. I am getting very frustrated. I attempt manually to connect, and it fails. It also fails over the air. I tried clearing and reloading all program data and I am still not getting program information.

I think I replaced the drive in this unit a couple of years ago. Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm now having the same issue. New wn drive last year & new power supply - was getting "program data running out" - reboot hasn't cleared the message or the so3 error.

You may have a mismatch between your hardware and software. What is your exact TiVo model and your full OS version from your System Information?
