I'm seeing pixelation now & then on some of my recorded programs on my series 2 Samsung D.TV DVR some with just a little pixelation some with a lot of pixelation,I only use it for recording & rewatching programs, I have another Samsung DVR that I'm going to have you guys put in a bigger H.D that I have (Seagate Barracuda 500gb ,7200 rpm) and then I'll switch this unit in place of my old unit and take the old unit out of active service and then in the future transfer the programs on it onto DVDs with my Liteon stand alone DVD burner ,but I'm wondering if you can test the tuners on the replacement unit to see if they are ok and if they are bad can they be replaced or are they intregrated into the motherboard thus having to replace the motherboard in order to fix the problem ?

We can definitely fix tuners - but we can't always see the same pixellation you might see.
Some info is here:

and our repair service is here:

Ok thanks, but after seeing your price for reparing tuners I think I'll just have you format and install the H.D. as this unit is too old for me to jusify my spending that kind of money on it,so I'll just take my chances and hope that this other unit does't have that same problem.
