I replaced the drive in my Prem. XL with one from you. Setup was going flawlessly until the "Acquiring Channels" locked up at 50%. If I stay on that screen long enough I get the "Error Acquiring Channels -- The DVR is unable to acquire channel information from the CableCard..."

Having taken note of the comment in the instructions, I call by service provider (FIOS) and confirmed the IDs for CableCard, Host and Data were all correct and everything looks fine from their viewpoint. They even re-initialized the set up but I'm still stuck. Could I have gotten a bad drive? Any trouble shooting step I'm missing?
