    Hello,

    I've searched through the forums and I'm unable to find the solution (if there is one) to my problem. I'm cutting and pasting my chat session with WeaKnees support (Who were quick and right to the point in answering my problem... Kudos to them)

    ME: Hello are you able to answer a question about my Tivo HD... I need to know if your repair department can fix the problem I'm having with it
    Support: What's the problem?
    ME: Only one of the tuners is able to watch CABLE channels. The M-stream cable card has been replaced five (5) times and the problem persists. The Tivo is able to record two (2) ANTENNA channels at once and an ANTENNA and CABLE channel, but gives message saying searching for signal on cable when you try to record two (2) CABLE channels.
    Me: I have been through all of the troubleshooting steps with both Comcast and Tivo customer support. Each of the five (5) cards that have been tried have been paired with Comcast and the problem persists. I have tried several power downs, reboots, and I even reset the unit with the same results.
    Support: Unfortunately,If it's a cablecard tuner problem that's not something we would be able to fix. Since you've already tried replacing the cablecards there's nothing else to really try to fix that problem There's a slight possibility that it could possibly be a failing power supply

    If anyone has any other suggestions, please let me know, otherwise I will gamble and try to replace the power supply. Thank you in advance!
