My TiVo series 3 has an issue i hope you can help me with...the picture has some flicker to it & has faint white lines scrolling up & down in the background. This is much more prominent when I am in the tivo home screen & other menus. Also, THIS ONLY HAPPENS ON THE COMPONENT & COMPOSITE OUTPUTS. This does NOT occur on the HDMI output. I've switched cables & TVs. The one constant is that it is coming out of the Tivo itself.
