    What should I send back with my Tivo 2, is it okay to send back only the box?

    Once you place your order, we will email specific shipping instructions...but in short, we need only the TiVo. No remotes, power cord, cables, etc.

      I have not gotten email yet, but will include description of problem and copy of the receipt. Is the shipping address the same as that shown on the invoice?

        You will need the shipping instructions; they contain a special number for the outside of your box. If you paid online with a credit card, then the email is generated automatically. Please check your spam and the spelling of your email address.

        Really, this is best dealt with by email. Perhaps you can contact us via email using the contact form on our website or by replying to the email containing your invoice?

          still no email and my address is correct on the invoice. I made the purchase via credit card this morning.
