My Tivo HD reboots frequently at random. I ran the kickstart 54 S.M.A.R.T. tests as well as the overnight test and it passed all of them. Does this rule out a failing hard drive?
Right now, I am using the Tivo without cable cards so that can't be the issue. It shouldn't be a network problem either since the box had the same problem at my daughter's house using an ethernet connection. Since I have lifetime service, I would like to get it working reliably.
