    Struggling with my series 3. Having a number of issues.
    Was really slow in transferring shows from another TiVo. Would take 3-4 minutes to start the transfer.
    Then had issue where it would go grey screen and the reboot.
    I sent unit to WK and paid my $99 for repair. They said nothing wrong.

    Now I have it back home. Will not hook up with wired Internet any more. Says need IP address from DHCP, but won't do it when I select that tab.

    Also, due to above, lost ability to transfer any shows.

    Set up phone line hookup so I could keep current and that is working fine.

    Also, took four times to reboot. Mostly grey screen.

    Not sure I agree with WK on nothing wrong.

    I do have an external storage drive. WK suggested I unmarry, but was not sure since I was having issues even connecting to the Internet.

    Anyone have any ideas....before I pitch it and order a new Premier.

    I would suggest you check your router settings. In a situation like this, we would have checked your Internet connection. You might also try taking it to another home/office/location and connect to a different router.
