Are the refurbished drives reliable

I want to repair my series 2 Model TCD540040 to a bigger drive. Is the 120 Gig drive reliable (or less/more) than the 40 gb drive?

It's definitely more reliable than the 40 GB drive. That said, a new drive is always better than a drive that has been used at all, of course.
