Tivo Partially Stops Responding to Remote

I have a Tivo HD (Series 3).

It has gotten "stuck" 3 times over the last week.

By "stuck", I mean:

Press Tivo Button: Unit bings, but does not display menu
Press Live TV or Info: Program Info Displayed
Press Guide: Unit clicks, but guide does not display
Pause, Play, Slow, etc. all function fine
Enter/Last: changes to last channel

If I unplug and replug the unit to restart it, it goes back to normal.

Any ideas?

My guess is that your drive is failing.
