    This is a TiVo HD XL.
    I am stuck in Guided Setup and need to get out. I have been receiving S03 errors. I ran all the tests in the TiVo Hard-Drive Performance Test (54), every test passed. I have repeatedly tried to run the Kick Start Repair and test (57), it advises it could take up to 3 hours, but in less than 30 minutes, it was back at the Guided Setup, so I continued on but each time I have tried it, I get the same result;
    When it begins, it Prepares, Connects, Gets info and disconnects fine. But it fails while trying to load the data, displaying the S03 error. This has been my experience both in Guided Setup, but previously when attempting to download program data.
    I can still access it from my computer and my other Tivo, so I can backup important stuff.
    I have chatted with Tivo Support, ran every Kick-Start utility that I thought may fix it, (0, 51, 52, 54, 56, 57, & 58). Still no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    It sounds like you just have corrupt data on the drive. So you need to get the drive reformatted, or you need a new drive. Reformat options are here:

    Frankly, I'd recommend the latter. You likely do have a physical drive issue, even if the TiVo's tests can't see it. And that drive must be several years old at this point.
