I'm a professor doing research on television news. I want to record ABC, CBS and NBC evening news shows every night. I want to transfer the Tivo recordings automatically to an Apple computer hard drive where I can edit the material and record to DVD. Or maybe it would be easier to use some kind of video recording adapter to record directly onto the Apple hard drive without any Tivo. I do need at least a dual tuner so I can record 2 of the news shows at the same time--don't know if Tivo makes any dual tuner units.


I'd appreciate any advice, or sources I can use to get info. Thanks.
