RCA DVR-80 Restarts changing channels

I have a DVR80 that reboots when I change the channel.

Here is the sequence of events. It's on working normally on, say, channel 269. I change to channel 5 (local), the banner on top of the screen indicates the change, the screen goes black, and it reboots.

Any Ideas?

That's generally a bad hard drive. We have replacement hard drive kits for that model TiVo here:

Thanks. I Purchased a 320GB upgrade kit; it solved the problem.
