have had humax drts for 8 yrs in the last 6 months have gotten 3 units the first one 6 months ago after a few months got the so3 error when trying to call tivo - then no more data info - next unit worked a month then same thing - next i got a month ago new unit and it is doing the same thing error so3 - i have dish network - have tried to force a connection was at 89% and then error so3 - sometimes it error so3 comes up right after disconnecting - have taled to tivo and humax they say there in nothing to do -have unpluged phone line for a few day on the 2nd unit and that worked for a while - ahve done kickstart 57 on all - goes green and says it will repair problem - green screen off in 20 mins - love being able to burn dvds - do not want to give up thanks
