Replacement Hard Drive - Stuck at Ready. Set. Tivo.

I received a replacement HD from Weaknees and cannot get past the Almost there screen. The front of the Tivo changes to Ready. Set. Tivo.

I ran 54 test which passed. Could this be the Tivo image on the new drive?

Any suggestions?
