For the last several months, if I lost power, the TiVo would get to a grey screen when booting and then stop. If I unplugged and then replugged in the power, it would boot fine. No other problems.

Last night, after a power cycle, it got stuck at the grey screen again and power cycling is not helping.

The unit shows the "powering up" screen prior to the grey screen. I have tried unplugging the cablecard and all cables other than the HDMI cable with similar results (other than it flashes some video static).

I tried to do the jumpstart codes, but no go. It is a model TCD652160.

Is this most likely a hard drive, power supply or motherboard issue?
