I have a DirecTv Hughes Tivo system model SD-DVR40. It was starting to have problems during play back like stalling and pixel freezing. I purchased a new 250 GB hard drive from you on Tues 2/13 it arrived and I installed it tonight. It physically looks fine after the install. But I get no picture only a black screen. The power is pluged in and I can hear and see feel the fan work. There is no green light or anything else. The Directv reciever in the 2nd room is working fine. Can you please help?
