I have an HR10-250 and an HR-21 in my living room. I have one dish connected to both receivers.
The HR10-250 recently has stopped working, just showing a Satellite Info Error screen (saying it can't acquire information from the satellite). The HR-21 continues to work with no problems.
I've tried various things to fix the HR10-250, from resetting cables to unplugging for a day. After being unplugged for a day, the HR10-250 booted up, acquired the satellite signal, and worked for a couple of days, but then stopped again on the same Satellite Info Error screen. Since then, nothing I've tried has fixed the unit.
Are there any potential solutions to this? Or is the HR10-250 hardware going bad?
