DVR R10 Fluttering Power and Record Lights

Just lit up a New DVR R10 and noticed that the power and record indicator lights on the front panel flutter faintly. I have had other R10s and do not recall this. This box also seems to have louder than normal hard drive noise.

Does anyone know if the fluttering ligts are normal?

Nope - that's not normal. Have you tried just a reboot?
