I have two series 2 directv dvrs. On one of the dvrs the satalite test
indicates the following:

On most transponders, signal strength for both inputs is around 90 but on
transponders 25, 26, 27, and 28, satellite 2 in, signal strength continually
changes between 0 to 87. Satellite 1 in remains at about 87.

I swapped the satellite cables between the two dvrs but the problem
stays with the dvr having the problem.

Does this sound like the satellite turner needs to be replaced and can
you repair it if I send it in for repair?
