So I decided my failing My DVR Expander had to go so I unplugged the TiVo, disconnected the drive, rebooted, did the thumbs down/enter, and got stuck in a reboot loop where after reaching "almost there" a green screen appeared saying it had detected a serious error and then nor more than 10 seconds later it would reboot.

After a few reboots, I got the external storage missing screen again. It's now stuck in a reboot loop to that screen. Each time I do the thumbs down/enter the next screen saying it's removing the drive stays up for no more than 10 seconds and reboots.

Anyway to fix this? The internal drive is an original.
