I recently had the hard drive replaced on a TiVo Edge. When I try to connect it for the initial set up, it stalls at the point where it checks the account status. The unit was returned in a box (I didn't send it in in this box) that has a TSN on it, etc. Do I need to register this product using that information, or was that just an old box they had. The unit has lifetime service and I don't know why it isn't able to access the account information. Advice?
