Early last week my Bolt was stuck on the Starting Up screen. No lights were on other than the usual green light. I figured my Bolt is pretty old at this point and the drive had possibly failed. I ordered a replacement 1TB drive from WeakKnees and installed it with no issues. After powering up, briefly all three lights came on, and then just the green light. It was then on the "Starting Up" screen again. I left it there for about an hour. Tried a different power supply that works with my other Bolt, and same thing. Is there any magic I can do at this point? I think it's running TE4 (whatever is latest) and have read that it is more picky about drives. Or maybe my Tivo is just hosed. Any insight appreciated.
