Hi, Need some help... I have a series 3 HD Tivo THX version that is used very little in a second bedroom. Yesterday I noticed the clock was dead. I looked closer and put my hand on top of unit and it was very HOT. I unplugged the unit and took top off to inspect. Plugged it back in and noticed the fan was dead the front panel lights were dead no output on the TV output was dead. The only thing that was running was the Hard drive. I could hear it spinning.

Any ideas? This is a lifetime unit so hope its just a power supply problem. IT was not hooked to a sugre protecter and we have had some storms here a while back that I am sure fried something. Yeah I know I messed up not having it in a surge protector...
