in the past few months, we have seen image pixelation and the image gets stuck on playback. Yesterday TiVo was unreactive and I noticed all lights (red green amber) blinking on the front. I disconnected the power and waited a minute. When reconnected I got the starting up screen and then a black screen and all lights were blinking again. I repeated the disconnect and left it off for 20 minutes. The unit did reboot and could watch live tv for a few minutes before the unit shut off again (with blinking lights). I disconnected power again, waited, then plugged in and same issue. Starting up screen followed by no signal and blinking lights.

Has anyone had this issue or know what problem is indicated by the three blinking lights? I cannot find any hits when searching the symptom.
