Tivo Edge Slow Response

I have a Tivo Edge with a Weeknees external drive. Tonight it started acting strange. When I went to watch some recordings everything is moving slow. It has lost all the suggested shows tiles, shows no apps, goes to a black screen if I select Tivo+ and doesn’t show the episode information on the guide. I restarted both the hard drive and Tivo and it seemed okay, but still slow, for a moment then lost all the same information. Any ideas?

Sounds like you lost your network connection there for a bit. Could your home internet have been down?

That must have been what it was. It sorted itself out overnight. I just had never seen it move so slow before. All is well now, though.
