Keep Monthly Rate With Repair?
Question #1 - My #2 TiVo unit hard drive appears to have died after six years. If I do a drive replacement, will I be able to keep my $6.95 multi-service discount on the repaired unit?
Question #2 - If I elect instead to upgrade to a new TiVo, is there any way to keep the discounted rate of $6.95 / month? It takes almost five years to break even on the lifetime service rate of $399.
