Is it possible to disable voice consent?

When the installer was putting in my cablecard, he hit the voice button on the remote and then hit accept on the prompt. Is there anyway to revoke that consent? The guy at Tivo said I could disable the use of RF on the remote as my only option. Not helpful.

You could try redoing Guided Setup - but I'm not sure that the question is even in there.
