Renewed bolt questions

Hi, I'm interested in the renewed 1TB bolt for cable/ota. I've got a few older tivo's upto a romio - which we love.
Where to you get these?
Can you tell who performs the renewal, what is checked and how it is verified?
Do you replace the hd or test it? How many hours are on the hd?
Lastly I am thinking about this as another option -- asking you to replace the existing hd with a new 1TB hd before sending it.

They are TiVo Factory renewed; TiVo does the refurbishing. We are not involved in the process. We do not open the units before shipping.

If you order the unit and a hard drive in the same order, just put a note in the customer notes field of your order asking us to install the drive and we'll do it for you before we ship the TiVo.
