Premiere remote flashing amber?

Hi,

I have a Series4, 4 tuner box, which I got from you. When I press the TiVO button or any button, on the remote, it flashes amber for a short time. I had this problem with one remote, and thought it might be a jammed button due to a fall, but got out another remote and programmed it to work with my tv. Problem still exists. So is it a problem with the box?

Still able to watch shows, but wondering if something more serious is wrong?

The flashing light is on the remote or on the TiVo?

With the second remote, does it also flash?

The flashing light is on the remote. And yes, same behavior on the 2nd remote.

Do you have another TiVo in your house? Could the remotes be trying to pair to some other equipment (TiVo or Mini) in RF?
