Our series3 HD TiVo bit the dust, and running KS54 resulted in a Fail 7 on the extended test. TiVo customer support told me the hard drive is bad.
This box has a lifetime subscription, so we'd like to have it fixed and retain the lifetime.
Has anyone else successfully had this done? How much did it cost in the end?
