All of a sudden today I turned on my TIVO Roamio and the picture was all messed up. Looked like night vision (red and blue fuzzy colors). On both Live TV as well as previously good recordings. I tried another HDMI source to the TV as well as a different HDMI cable and problem remained the same. I have uploaded a picture of the weird colors.and the lettering on the Kickstart 54 screen which looks like it is "doubled".

Any idea what the issue may be? Is this a hard drive failure, or a weak power supply.?
