I suddenly got a message that I had to go through Guided Setup on my TiVo mini. I did, and got an S03 error. I unplugged, restarted, and again got an S03 error. It is on a MoCA network, which is operative (two TiVo DVRs run on the network). Is my Mini dead?

Sounds like it. We've been hearing from a lot of customers recently with dead Minis, unfortunately. We do not repair Minis nor do we know of anyone who does.
